Yes. We connect to the CRM you already use and run the cleanup inside your own account. If you run both, the same rules can apply in each.

Will it overwrite data my team entered?

Only where you allow it. We agree on the rules with you first, such as never replacing a field a rep typed in by hand. Every change is logged in Slack with the old and new value.

How often does it run?

We usually schedule it overnight, so reports are clean by morning. You can change the schedule or run it on demand before a forecast call.

Where does the missing company data come from?

From Clay, which looks up industry, headcount and location. Fields it can't confirm stay empty and go on a list for your team to fill.
