Do reps have to change how they update Salesforce?

No. The roll-up reads the fields your reps already fill in, such as forecast category, amount and close date. If those fields are often empty, we'll point it out in your plan.

We don't use Gong. Does it still work?

Yes. Without call data, the summary covers commit, best case and what changed since last week. If you record calls in Zoom or Google Meet, we can look at adding those notes.

Who gets the summary?

Whoever you choose. We usually post it to a leadership channel in Slack or Microsoft Teams, with the full sheet linked.
